Welcome to Youngs Travel Ltd. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, governed by UK law.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing our website, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not  agree, please refrain from using the website.


2. Services Provided


Youngs Travel Ltd offers services including flight bookings, accommodation, tours, and holiday  packages. All bookings are subject to availability, and Youngs Travel Ltd operates as an agent  between customers and service providers.


3. User Obligations


You agree not to misuse the website by transmitting harmful software or attempting  unauthorised access. You are responsible for providing accurate information during bookings.


4. Bookings and Payments


All bookings are subject to confirmation. Prices may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates  or provider changes. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.


Your Financial Protection.


When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

The Travel Trust Association is a travel trade association. Our members consist of Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Travel Organisers. The Travel Trust Association exists in order to protect you, the customer, with 100 per cent financial protection and has been doing so for over fifteen years. This means that every penny that you pay to our members is protected by the Travel Trust Association. It means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that the Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of a member becoming insolvent.


1. Flight Inclusive Packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK; and

2. Flight Inclusive Packages, flight only and linked travel arrangements (LTAs) sold as a principal under the TTA membership (Q2434) and ATOL Franchise (T7621).

3. Data Protection Policy


In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.


We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.


Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not, however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)


Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information on to their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for a copy of this if you would like to see it.


4. Information Given In The Booking Form


Information given in the Booking form is accepted by the Company as being correct unless subsequently amended in writing. We therefore do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any inconvenience or financial loss caused by wrong information being supplied to the company.


5. Passports, Visas And Health Certificates


Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other Authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.


6. Forfeiture Of Reservations


All final balances must be paid at least two months before departure or the date given at time of booking in writing or orally. If they are not paid we reserve the right, which may be exercised without any notice to the passenger whatsoever, to cancel the reservation and retain any balances.


7. Confirmation


Passengers should assume that all bookings made are sold on a totally non-refundable basis unless otherwise advised by us. All cancellations by a client must be in writing. If a client cancels a booking the deposit will be retained by us as fee to cover expenses, but clients are liable for all expenses and liabilities incurred by us if these exceed the deposit.


8. Insurance


It is a booking condition of all tour operators & suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. Passengers must take out travel insurance and details of our special facilities are available. Neither we nor any of our Agents or Servants shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, and injury. Delay or inconvenience whatsoever to any traveller or his luggage or other personal property sustained or suffered in, or during, any passage, journey, trip or stay, orin respect of any accommodation or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked through us. In the case that you decline insurance you may be asked to sign an indemnity form, or provide details of alternative cover. No insurance will be issued until the full premium has been received.


9. Cancellation and Refunds


Cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the terms set by our travel providers. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Admin fees may apply.


10. Liability


Youngs Travel Ltd acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. We shall not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the services.


11. Intellectual Property


All content on the website is the intellectual property of Youngs Travel Ltd and may not be reproduced without our permission.


12. Modifications to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
